Welcome to vue! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the vue website, mobile application(s), and any related features, tools, or services we provide (collectively, the "Services"). vue is operated by vue Technologies, Inc. ("vue," "we," "our," or "us").
By creating an account, accessing, or using vue in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please stop using vue.
1. Who Can Use vue
You must be at least 13 years old to use vue.
If you are under the age of majority in your region, you may only use vue with the permission of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
If you create or use vue on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters to us. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and safeguard your information. vue does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
3. Accounts
To access certain features, you may need a vue account. You agree to:
Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
Keep your login details secure.
Take full responsibility for all activity under your account.
If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, notify us immediately at hello@vuecam.app.
4. Payments & Purchases
vue may offer paid features ("Premium Features"). When you make a purchase, you agree to:
Pay all fees, taxes, and charges associated with your purchase.
Use a valid payment method that you are legally authorized to use.
Understand that unless otherwise stated, all payments are final and non-refundable.
We may change pricing or features at our discretion.
5. What You Can & Cannot Do
We want vue to be safe and enjoyable for everyone. You agree not to:
Copy, modify, or distribute vue's content or software without permission.
Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code.
Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access vue.
Post unlawful, harmful, offensive, or misleading content.
Violate any applicable laws.
6. Your Content
vue allows you to upload photos, videos, and other content ("User Content"). By posting content, you grant vue a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and share it as needed to operate the Services.
You are responsible for the content you upload and must ensure you have the rights to share it. vue reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
7. Third-Party Services
vue may link to or integrate with third-party apps, services, or content. vue is not responsible for third-party materials and your use of them is at your own risk.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
vue is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no guarantees about reliability, availability, or accuracy. You use vue at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
vue will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability to you will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the last six months.
10. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold vue harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of vue or violation of these Terms.
11. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Most issues can be resolved by contacting us first. If we cannot resolve a dispute, you agree to resolve it through binding individual arbitration, not in court, and not as part of a class action.
You may opt out of arbitration by sending written notice to hello@vuecam.app within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you via email or in-app notice. Continued use of vue after changes go into effect means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or close your account if you violate these Terms. You may also stop using Vue at any time.
